On December 22nd, Jiangsu Education Department and Jiangsu Human Resources and Social Security Department held an online employment and entrepreneurship conference together for 2021 college graduate. Su Chunhai, deputy secretary of Jiangsu Education Working Committee and Jin Xin, deputy director-general of Jiangsu Human Resources and Social Security Department attended the conference and delivered their speeches.
JSOU set a branch venue on campus while JSOU deputy party general Jin Lixia attended the conference. Jin Lixia arranged related works to all the deputy secretaries and staff in Student Affairs Office over the conference.
Su Chunhai, deputy secretary of Jiangsu Education Working Committee concluded and praised the achievements of 2020 college graduate employment and entrepreneurship work. In 2020, the employment status for Jiangsu college graduates remained stable and the employment policies kept practical, with creative employment services and strict employment management regulation. Su Chunhai pointed out that in 2021, the employment and entrepreneurship work must grasp the new trends and follow the new rules. There were 5 requirements for colleges to meet. Firstly, the leading and managing rules must be more accurate. Secondly, colleges ought to encourage students to accept diversified employment. Thirdly, colleges ought to give more accurate guidance on how to find a job. Fourthly, colleges must make full use of new technical methods on career consultation. Lastly, colleges should pay more attention to employment statistics and reflections.
Jin Xin, deputy director-general of Jiangsu Human Resources and Social Security Department gave a speech. In his speech, he illustrated the employment and entrepreneurship work from 5 perspectives, namely raising the political positioning of employment and entrepreneurship, broadening the ways of employment, providing better service to students, supporting entrepreneurship and innovation and employment right protection.
