On the afternoon of April 14, School of Media and Design held the Outstanding Alumni Forum themed "Dream and Inheritanceon" on the East Campus. Chen Changsheng, a 2017 alumnus was invited to speak at the forum presided over by teacher Jiao Na. More than 100 students attended.
Chen graduated from the school as a movie animation major in 2017, he served as class League branch secretary and won 2017 freshman scholarship, the national motivational scholarship, the first class scholarship. Moreover, he participated in the creation of "I love JSCVC" animation image and design of cultural creative products and chaired a research in Chinese Art History VR teaching.
Chen narrated his three years of growth and change in JSCVC starting from an ordinary student. His story inspired students to cherish time, accumulate experience, make more attempts, and lay a solid foundation for their future. Through on-site interaction, Chen gave patient and meticulous answers to the students’ confusion in terms of study and growth, encouraging them enthusiastically.
It is the first lecture of Outstanding Alumni Forum themed "Dream and Inheritance" and more outstanding alumni will be invited to the forum to share their stories of struggle, talk freely about their sentiment to their alma mater, and guide college students towards more achievements.
